Registration cancellation
Refunds are issued for cancellations received in writing until 17 March 2015. A $40 administration fee applies; no refunds can be made after that date.

We create a Conference Participants List including names and contact information to facilitate meeting preparation and networking among conference participants. The participant list will also be included in the conference summary report which will be posted to a third party web site accessible to the general public.
